- Meet at the school by 6:15 PM
- Vehicles transporting scouts or gear on campout will park on right-hand curb
closest to school.
- Drop-off vehicles will park on left-hand curb away from school.
- Only one "dry-goods" box and one cooler per patrol, with patrol
name clearly labeled on both.
- All Scout food and coolers will be transported in trailer.
- Personal gear will be stowed in the vehicle you are riding in (or
in a pickup if one goes) by 6:25 PM.
- Formation will be at 6:30 PM sharp.
- Drivers' meeting at 6:40 PM.
- We will leave Jess Harben at 6:45 PM.
